The Bar Nashville is bringing the community together on May 23 for a holiday weekend event filled with fitness, food, local vendors, and plenty of hometown energy.

The day will feature a full Murph Competition and a half Murph option, so whether you’re ready to go all in or want a scaled version, there’s a way to take part. After the workout, stick around for the Transformation Challenge winners announcement, grab something from the food truck, and shop around with local vendors and small businesses.

Murph entry is $15 and includes an exclusive American “The Bar Nashville” t-shirt and a food truck voucher.
