Empty Bowls - Neighborhood Co-op Nov. 8
“Art for Your Table, Food for Your Community” is the Empty Bowls event, where art meets compassion and advocacy. Talented art students create hand-crafted ceramic bowls, available for $15–$20, with all proceeds supporting the Survivor Empowerment Center and their community programs. Attendees can join on November 8 at the Neighborhood Co-op to purchase a bowl and enjoy a warm cup of soup donated by the Co-op while reflecting on the needs of the less fortunate. More Info.

Magpie Market Days - A Vintage Market of Southern Illinois - Nov. 7-9
The event at The Pavilion in Marion, IL, will feature over 100 upscale vendors from across the U.S., offering vintage goods, home décor, furniture, gourmet items, mobile boutiques, and more. Attendees can enjoy 10 food trucks and live music throughout the weekend. The show runs Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $10 on Friday and Saturday, $5 on Sunday, and free for children 12 and under.
